Seven new additions to ananea, Sentido and Calimera in 2026, plus two new HENRI Hotels in Germany
DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts (DTHR) is continuing its growth path. In 2026, the hotel division of the DERTOUR Group will expand its portfolio with seven new properties in popular destinations across the Mediterranean. In addition, two new HENRI Hotels will open in Germany through the company’s majority stake in DSR Hotel Holding.
With this expansion, DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts is strengthening the strategic positioning of its brands, from lifestyle concepts such as ananea, classic beach resorts to family-focused offerings and boutique city hotels.

ananea: Slow glamour in Crete and Türkiye
With the lifestyle brand ananea, the DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts division continues its growth trajectory in Greece. In spring 2026, ananea Rocrita will open in Crete with 360 rooms. Located in a tranquil setting with direct beach access, the former club resort has been extensively renovated, expanded, and modernized. It offers direct beach access, spacious outdoor areas, modern design, and local touches. Guests can enjoy tennis courts, fitness classes, a kids’ programme, and a large wellness area.
In summer 2026, the hotel division will expand its ananea offering with a new property in Türkiye: ananea Kleopatra Beach in Alanya. This adults-only hotel offers 234 rooms, a private beach, three outdoor pools and one indoor pool, spa services, yoga, a gym, and several restaurants and bars.
The lifestyle brand ananea stands for “Slow glamour”: relaxed, stylish hotels where guests can slow down, enjoy the destination, and experience local culture. Each property reflects regional architecture, culture, and cuisine, combining laid-back elegance with timeless design. ananea targets trend- and design-conscious travelers who seek stylish and authentic holiday experiences.
Calimera: Family holidays in Tunisia and Türkiye
In Tunisia, Calimera El Borj becomes the brand’s twelfth property worldwide and fourth in the country. The beachfront hotel offers 202 rooms (with plans for expansion), several restaurants and bars, and a large pool area including an indoor pool. The all-inclusive concept, Kids & Teens Club, and good airport connections make it ideal for families.
In Türkiye, Calimera Sunpark Alanya joins the brand. With around 100 rooms, the hotel is centrally located in Alanya and appeals to families interested in culture and local activities. A shuttle service takes guests to the beach, and the hotel’s smaller size creates a personal atmosphere.
The Calimera brand stands for easy, relaxed family-friendly holidays with all-inclusive dining, attractive and often spacious grounds, family rooms, and entertainment options for all age groups.
Sentido: Expansion in Türkiye and Sardinia
In Side, the new Sentido Serra Resort will open in summer 2026. This newly built hotel features large pool areas, a wide spa and wellness zone with hammam and indoor pool, modern architecture, and spacious gardens.
Also new to the portfolio is the Sentido Luna Vista Belek. The stylish resort with 260 rooms and suites sits directly on Belek’s long beach and impresses with contemporary architecture, elegant rooms, and a varied gastronomic selection.
In Sardinia, the Sentido Tirreno Resort becomes the brand’s second property on the island. With 166 units, the resort is located in a fine sandy bay in Cala Liberotto and is set within a five-hectare park. Sports and leisure facilities as well as entertainment ensure varied holiday experiences close to nature.
Sentido Hotels stand for “relaxation for all senses.” The modern hotels combine contemporary architecture with local design elements, healthy regional cuisine, and attractive wellness, fitness, and edutainment offerings. Sentido caters to discerning travelers – couples, solo travelers, and small families – who value enjoyment, tranquility, service, and upscale comfort. The brand offers both adult-only/adult-friendly hotels as well as selected family-friendly properties.
HENRI Hotels: Two new locations in Germany
HENRI Hotels, part of DSR Hotel Holding, will also grow with two new openings. In summer 2026, the HENRI Country House Garmisch-Partenkirchen will open in Bavaria. The traditional Reindls Partenkirchner Hof is being extensively renovated and repositioned as a boutique hotel with historical character. Plans include 69 rooms, a HENRI living lounge with breakfast area and winter garden, a gym, and a sauna area with two saunas and a steam bath.
In winter 2026/2027, another location will open, namely HENRI Hotel Cuxhaven at the Alte Fischereihafen. Built in two historic fish warehouses from the 1920s, the 145-room hotel will combine industrial charm with modern comfort. The building will also include food and retail spaces, creating a new local meeting point.
HENRI Hotels stand for urban boutique charm combined with a homely, relaxed atmosphere. Each property interprets the character of its location individually – with distinctive design and an open living area as the heart of the hotel.
With these nine new openings, DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts continues to expand its brand portfolio, meet different guest needs, and strengthen its presence in important hodaliy destinations.
